Target depth

Describe your ideal dive in your own words. (optional) You can simply talk me through your dive from the breath-up until you complete your surface protocol. If you cover the questions below already, you don't need to repeat yourself.

Alternatively you can drop a voice message / audio of your dive, simply done in a few minuets

2 BEFORE THE DIVE

If you want your warm up dive included in your rehearsal, describe it:

Are you doing another type of warm up that is not diving such as a relaxed static on the surface?

How do you do your final breath-up? (lying on the back with a noodle or a pillow, sittting on noodle, no noddle etc.)

Is there anything specific you do or focus on during your breath-up?

What do you want your mind to focus on in the final moments before your official top?

3 EQUIPMENT

Tell me about the equipment you'll use for this dive. - Suit / wetsuit - Mask / nose clip - Goggles, if any - Lanyard and where it is attached - Dive computer and where you wear it - Any other relevant equipment

Do you use depth alarms?

Yes

At which depths and what does each alarm mean to you?

4 YOUR DESCENT

Talk me through your descent. Include anything that matters to you: your pace and technique, when you become neutral and enter freefall, your freefall position, and your equalization/charging strategy.

5 BOTTOM & ASCENT

Talk me through your bottom turn and ascent. How do you turn and take/store the tag? What is your technique on the way up, and where is your focus?

6 CHALLENGES & YOUR RESPONSE

If yes: What is the challenge — and what would you like to think, feel or do instead? Example: “I'm worried my equalization might fail.” → “Stay soft. Trust my EQ. I've successfully done this many times.”

7 SURFACE

Talk me through your final metres, surfacing and surface protocol. Is there anything you specifically want to remember or strengthen here?

8 YOUR MENTAL CUES

What words, thoughts or cues help you perform at your best? This could be a mantra, a technical cue, something that gives you confidence, or a reminder of the training you've done.

9 ANYTHING ELSE

Anything else you want me to include in your rehearsal? For example something specific about Limassol, the competition environment, or simply how you want this dive to feel.
